The first meeting is to understand the clients vision and expectations regarding the construction project. This includes a on-site walkthrough to better understand the scope of work as well as what is truly possible to achieve and how to maximize both budget and space. A written estimate is then provided along with recommendations.

CONCEPTION AND DESIGN

This stage includes finalizing fine details such as design, drawings, finishes, etc. Royal Renos can provide a 3D virtual tour of our clients vision and showcase the possible outcome. This is the most exciting stage for clients second to the final walkthrough, as they get to choose all the details that will ultimately transform their idea into a reality.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

This phase involves Royal Renos team of professionals to construct, alter, or renovate to achieve the ultimate reflection our clients envisioned. This process includes but is not limited to demolition, preparations, construction, and fine finishings. This stage is where clients will see the transformation of what they envisioned and have seen only in 3D virtual tour. PROJECT DELIVERY

The most exciting stage for both client and Royal Renos professionals! However, even when we come to a conclusion with your project, our job is only complete with 100% client satisfaction.
